About the Kambô Session
A Kambô session is a sacred ceremony — a deep, intentional ritual designed to support your physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. The process is carried out with great care, respect, and attention to your individual needs, creating a safe and nurturing space for transformation.
Before the session begins, we will have a detailed conversation to set your intention and clarify any questions or concerns you may have. This is your time to share what you seek from the experience and to understand fully what the process entails.
The ceremony starts with the opening of the “gateways” — small burns on specific points on the skin. These points are the portals through which the Kambô medicine enters your body. This traditional initiation ritual, known in the Amazon as the “initiation ceremony,” serves to prepare your body and energy to receive the medicine fully.
During the session, Adam guides the process in a deeply attentive, intimate, and ceremonial manner. He supports you every step of the way, helping you navigate the physical and energetic effects of the medicine. The experience is accompanied by sacred chants — traditional songs from the jungle — which help to open the heart, strengthen the connection to the medicine, and support the unfolding of your inner process. These chants are considered allies of the Kambô, helping to guide and activate its healing force.
Our intention is to hold the space with compassion, presence, and respect — allowing your journey with Kambô to be as safe, supported, and transformational as possible.

Meet the Practitioner
Adam First
Adam First has been walking the healing path for nearly two decades. His journey has led him across continents, studying and sharing a variety of healing modalities. A few years ago, he was introduced to the spiritual traditions of the Amazon, and during his first visit to the rainforest, he was deeply touched by the songs, colors, and wisdom of the Yawanawá people.
Since that time, Adam has devoted himself to cultivating a close relationship with the Indigenous tribes of the Amazon, supporting their communities through projects, collaborations, and sacred reciprocity. His work is rooted in authenticity, humility, and deep respect for traditional knowledge.
Today, Adam offers Kambô ceremonies and other healing spaces in Finland, Sweden, Israel, Holland, Germany, Brazil, and beyond. His guiding mantra: “ Healing begins with the healer that already exists within you. ”
